Membership access
Each membership level unlocks the content described on the membership page. Access continues while the membership is active; Lifetime access does not expire.

Programme content, nutrition resources and exercise material are for your personal use and may not be redistributed or resold.
Changes
Lift Lab may add, update or retire programmes and features. Material changes to these terms will be published on this page.
