How Lift Lab handles the information you provide when you create an account and log your training.

What we store
Your name, email address, onboarding answers, and the training, nutrition and challenge data you record. Passwords are stored only as a salted hash.
How it is used
Your data powers your dashboard, progress charts, personal records and challenge streaks. It is not sold and is not shared with advertisers.
Retention and deletion
Your data stays with your account until you delete it. Deleting your account from Account Settings removes your profile immediately.
